Photos: Stanley Cup Final watch party takes Raleigh by storm

Caniacs gathered in downtown Raleigh's Moore Square last night to watch the Carolina Hurricanes compete in their first game of the 2026 Stanley Cup, where they lost 5-4 to the Vegas Golden Knights. Fans of all ages donned black and red to support the Hurricanes, who last appeared in the Stanley Cup Finals in 2006, when they beat the Edmonton Oilers. The Stanley Cup Final is a best-of-seven game format.
