In an exclusive interview, the Foreign Minister tells Channel 4 News that Gulf countries need to continue taking the lead in the Middle East while warning against more war in the region. He is calling for a new regional security framework for the Gulf, one that relies less on the United States as the primary security provider, and more on the Gulf states.
